Can you diagnose problems and quote over the phone? 
Over the phone diagnostics are difficult, it is best to make an appointment and bring your vehicle to us for an assessment.
 

If my vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, can I still bring my vehicle in to you for general repairs?
Yes, however, we cannot do repairs or recalls that would be covered by your manufacturers warranty.
 

Do you warranty your work? 
Yes, labour is under warranty for 90 days or 3000 kms. Parts are covered through manufacturers warranty, which can vary between suppliers.
 

Do you work with insurance companies and insurance claims? 
Yes, we deal with repairs that are being processed through insurance claims.
 

Are you a fully licensed repair shop? 

Yes, we are fully insured and accredited through the Alberta Motor Vehicle Council.
 

Do you do body work?

We only do mechanical repairs, but we do have a few body shops that we can recommend
 

Do you do out of province vehicle inspections?

No we don't. We only do in-province and vehicle purchase/insurance inspections.
 

Can you tow my vehicle to your shop?

We do not have our own tow truck, but we'll get you in touch with a local towing company.

Can you give me a ride to work after I drop my vehicle off? 
If you work in the Nisku, Leduc or Beaumont areas we'll be happy give you a ride back to work.
 

Can I wait in your shop while you do the repairs? 
Yes, we have a small waiting area with Guest WIFI, T.V., coffee and candies for the kids.
 

Can I drop my vehicle at the shop during off hours?
Absolutely! Please call to make arrangements for after hours drop off.
 

Do you sell tires? 
Yes, we can purchase and install most popular tire brands.
 

Are there vehicles you cannot repair? 
We cannot accommodate anything over 3 tonnes or motorhomes over 30 ft.
 

Do you do payment plans? 
We don't offer payment plans. Full payment must be made before your vehicle is returned you.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, VISA, MC, AMEX, EMT and certified bank drafts.
 

Do you provide after hour service?
We don't. Our shop hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and we're closed weekends and holidays. If it is not an emergency, please call and leave a message. We'll get back to you on the next business day.
